Week 6
As it gets closer to the deadline, and preparing my file to print. I had to start fine tuning my spreads and text layout. I spent the last week working purely on layout and font, restraining myself from further playing around with my images. My focus is to make the type as legible as possible, as it was the main concern of my tutors and peers.
My concern is having made such an intense background. I didn't want it to be a distraction from what needs to be read. Overall I'm happy with how the brochure has turned out, obviously like most things have I had more time I could have made more improvements. I felt near the end of the assignment I had learned a lot, not just about myself as a designer but my strengths and weaknesses as well, which I can now work on and improve.
